This is vital for MoxieLash to locate your information and assist you as swiftly as possible. Damaged or defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of delivery. Once the product is reviewed & confirmed damaged or defective by SAIKA Beauty , you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
